  • All images and products featured on MaxShop are original wildlife photography.

  • Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display accurate product colors and details; however, variations may occur due to screen settings or print production differences.

  • If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, or other secure methods provided at checkout.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • MaxShop reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical prints are shipped within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries within Switzerland and internationally are handled by reputable courier or postal services.

  • Shipping costs are shown during checkout and vary by destination.

  • Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees.

  • MaxShop is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Digital Downloads

  • Digital photography files are available for download after payment confirmation.

  • Downloads are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of digital files without written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • MaxShop is not responsible for data loss or technical issues after the download link has been provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Physical Prints: May be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if damaged or incorrect.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable due to their electronic nature.

  • To initiate a return, contact support@maxshop.live before shipping any item back.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, designs, and written content on MaxShop are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to the store owner.

  • No material may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of images may result in legal action under Swiss and international copyright laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • MaxShop respects your privacy and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

  • Personal data (such as name, email, and shipping details) is collected only for order processing and communication purposes.

  • Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties, except for essential service providers (e.g., payment or delivery partners).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MaxShop’s total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

MaxShop is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or internet outages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
